1. How can I order products from One Way Romania?
To be able to order products from onewayromania.ro, you must first create a user account. This can be done very simply, by clicking “My account” on the main toolbar. Complete the form with your contact information, and choose a password which will allow you to access your account at onewayromania.ro.
After you have created a user account, you can add products to your shopping cart, clicking the “Add to cart” button when you are on the page describing a product. Then you will be shown the contents of your shopping cart, and you can modify quantities, or erase products, ticking the box marked ‘Remove’. After you modify these details, click ‘update’ to apply to the contents of the cart.
Then you may continue browsing the site, and when you wish to finalise your order, click on ‘Shopping Cart’ (top right on all pages). Click ‘checkout’ and you will be required to confirm your mail address, and you will be shown postage taxes. Confirm the order, and it will be registered!
2. How do I pay for products I order?
At present, products can be paid for only by Cash on Delivery, through the Romanian postal service.
Soon, you will be able to pay by card, through PayPal... watch this space!
3. How do I receive the products I order, and how soon?
Products are sent anywhere in Romania, through the Romanian postal system, by Cash on Delivery. You will receive notice from the post office, and when you collect the packet, you will pay for the goods.
Packages should arrive between 4 and 15 days of their being sent. After they have been sent, you will receive an email confirming this. If you do not receive notice from the post office after 7 days, please go to the post office to enquire about your package.
If you wish products to be sent to you through a private courier, please do not order using the shopping cart. Instead, send us an email, (link) with information about the products you require, together with a telephone number at which you can be contacted. We will call you and inform you of prices and the date of delivery.
4. How can I order from outside Romania?
For clients from outside Romania, there are different charges for postage and packaging, which differ from country to country. If you wish to order products for delivery to a different country, please do not order using the shopping cart. Instead, send us an email (link) with information about the products you wish to order, and we will email you with information about postage and packaging charges. You will then be able to confirm your order by email.
5. What does postage and packaging cost?
Postage and packaging for delivery in Romania are calculated according to the value of the products ordered.

6. What happens if one of the products I’ve ordered is out of stoc?
We try to keep our stock up to date on the site, but there is a slight chance that some products may be out of stock when orders are placed. If this happens, we will send you an email with information about unavailable products, so you can decide if you wish to cancel the order or postpone it until the product is in stock.
